All our coaches and Team managers are volunteers who are usually parents of junior cricketers. We are always keen to involve any parents who are interested in helping and improving our junior section.

An advanced level of cricketing knowledge is not required to make a difference and there are many supporting roles available from assisting coaches at training sessions to helping at matches with the tuck shop or bacon sandwiches and hot dogs.

We regularly look to secure places on training courses run by Durham County Cricket for those volunteers committed to helping Seaham Park CC and who wish to learn more about coaching, umpiring or scoring.
